Shipping Policy

Service Coverage
Direct shipping services are exclusively available to clients within Mainland China. International clients must maintain a warehouse facility in Mainland China to receive shipments, as we do not provide direct cross-border shipping services to destinations outside Mainland China.

Freight Policy
Orders exceeding CNY 2,000 qualify for complimentary standard shipping, excluding the regions of Inner Mongolia, Tibet, and Xinjiang. For these specified regions, the minimum order value for free shipping is CNY 5,000.

Logistics Partners
Shipping arrangements will be coordinated through logistics providers designated by the client, subject to operational feasibility and service availability.
